Orders & Payments
- Order Confirmation: Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS.
- Payment Methods: We primarily offer Cash on Delivery (COD). Online payments (if available) are securely processed through third-party gateways.
- Order Cancellation: Orders can only be canceled before shipment. Once dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.
Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery Time: Orders are processed within 24-48 hours and delivered within 3-7 business days.
- Shipping Charges: Standard charges apply unless eligible for free shipping on orders above PKR 4,000.
- Order Tracking: A tracking link will be provided once the order is dispatched.
Returns & Refunds
- Return Policy: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is defective or incorrect.
- Refunds: Refunds are processed after verification of the returned product.
Limitation of Liability
Crowdless PK is not liable for delays, lost shipments, or any damage caused by third-party courier services.
